Meet the Leadership Team
- Larry focuses on providing strategic direction for executives and senior leadership to drive profitable growth. He believes in driving efficiency through innovation, continuous improvement and technology solutions.
- Larry began his career in 1989 and has a proven success record in growing business. Larry is passionate about building strong relationships with customers by delivering the services and solutions their organizations need to be successful.
- He places extra importance on giving his employees the opportunity to become well-rounded professionals by offering them the development tools they need to grow along with the organization.
- Larry is also on the Board of Directors of The Gift of Freedom, a foundation that provides mental health services to child survivors of trafficking.
- Sharon Siar has been in the logistics industry for 30+ years. Throughout her career she has held sales, operations, and leadership positions in both small and Fortune 500 companies.
- In 2002, Sharon co-founded a freight brokerage and asset-based company offering truckload and LTL services. The company grew from two trucks to 25 trucks within the first two years.
- In 2004 Sharon founded Transportation Training Solutions.
- Sharon is the Founder and President of Saving Our Sisters LLC. Saving Our Sisters, LLC.
- Sharon is also a regular panel participant of The Ladies Leadership Coalition LLC. a popular podcast featuring in-depth interviews with transformative female leaders.
- Sharon is the Founder of Gift of Freedom, an organization that helps provide mental healthcare for victims dealing with the aftermath of sex trafficking.
